Rupert is available for KDE as well - take a look at the Kong icon theme... bringing the juicy goodness of sharing to two bullheaded communities that both were started on the concept of shared work.

This is KDE-Look.org..not gnome-look.org. If it's WM related could it be KDE related.. I don't dislike gnome..but I don't care to look at the stuff..some may ..that's fine. http://www.themes.org works.
