This is so far the best GIMP only image that I have done. It started out as a simple experiment in my continouse drive for good looking glossy effects.

As with most of my images, they are born out of the need for tri-monitor desktop images. Very few people make images for the multi-monitor croud, and even fewer for the multi-multi monitor croud...
