it has one feature that is uncommon in "brushed metal" wallpapers: white font under icons on desktop is very good visible. no fancy bummapping or reflexes. perfect if someone is workin' for a long hours, as gray is very eye-friendly color.
also crystal icons look great on in.
you should add small highlights to the brushed metal in order to make it more realistic. and maybe don't make the KDE button transparent in the middle. but. ... well done anyway *G*
