Ubuntu Matrix
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
A matrix-themed Ubuntu wallpaper, based on "HD Matrix" by ~aNdre-W (http://andre-w.deviantart.com/art/HD-Matrix-70066734), and "Debian Matrix" by Jarosław Zywert, a.k.a "Inquistor" (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Debian+Matrix?content=99054).
Aspect Ratios:
4 by 3 - 1024 x 768, etc.
5 by 4 - 1280 x 1024
16 by 9 - 1920 x 1080 (HD)
16 by 10 - 1920 x 1200, etc. (the image included is 1440 x 900, but it scales well).

Note: Versions 1.0 and 1.1 are not included in the main packages, but the sources for each are still available in the source package.
