You are right. This is old and its classic, but this one is mine version. Ive (i miss one key on my keyboard:) found only one, low resolution, highly compressed version full of this.. hmmm.. Which I call "digigrab" whit missing part of flag, so I had to spend some time with GIMP. And this is also a anarchist/syndicalist version. Which is also close to communism (!This is my opinion!), like original . So I Think theres no big incongruity. (ok, theres small).
I also hope there will come new versions of this picture, so it will never die ;)
