My attempt to show movement in a still city image. (Not my pic). It's a wallpaper. I changed the original. Some of the layers weren't properly aligned.

Thx man, it's actually my favorite wallpaper. Doesn't get too many downloads though. I guess it doesn't look very interesting from thumbnail size.
