Janet: It was a leaked wallpaper for Windows Longhorn (now Vista) but I cannot tell you for sure who made it. For all I know it could be made by a Beta team member. If MS comes along and says they want it taken down I will remove it. The idea behind the wallpaper for Linux is that the distro I edited it for really was made in Texas.. the "longhorn" state. Its meant to be pun. Its really no diffrent than the many XP wallpapers being edited for Linux.
