Please, rotate photo so horisontal is straight, now it looks like water is going to right. And if possible, crop photo so that bridge steel part isn't showing, use cloning brush where water should be, so you get bigger photo.
I don't know exactly what my chosen license GPL says but i hope you can do it by yourself and also upload the photo so that is in your contents.
Uf you want i mail you the original photo as it was on my digicam's memorycard so you get more quality.
Uf there's another license which is "more free" please tell me and i will change it for the photos.
btw: sorry for my unperfect english.

Rotating and cropping worked fine for me, Cloning didn't look well.
So i put up a cropped one named "Bridge 2" under my content. It is only 1024x768 because the webcam has only 3 megapixel.
