The right hand image is called kiss by Tanya Chalkin. It took very little time to find that out on google. It's important that you be more careful when playing with other people's images. Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean it's in the public domain! This is something that too few people know, and it's probably not your fault. Very few people actually come on to this site with the explicit purpose of ripping someone off. What would be the point? It's not like you can make any money off of it anyways! So please be careful in future, but don't let this discourage you from making your own submissions.
Don't want to be a party-pooper, but I doubt that your two postings are legal. Did you shoot the pictures? Did you ask for permission to redistribute them? Did you ask about the license? I bet you did not. In this case, the submission is illegal. Remember that there is/was a checkbox with which you guarantee that your submission is legal. Please respect the rules.
Does anyone in here care about licenses? It seems as if people simply don't want to care and love to break licenses, thus giving Linux users the "image" of "crackers" and the like... :(

i found the picture on the internet without any copyright-tag or something like that on it, so i thought i could use it.
further i didnt write my name on i, either i said that i am the photographer of the pic.
besides, did you ask kylie minogue or her photographer if they agree, that you publish your screenshot with her wall in the background on this side?
I have found the pictures in internet, the pistures are small size, and I didn't remove the title and coment from the pictures, I am not going to sell the wallpaper, i don't say that i am the photograf, i think that this wallpaper is legal, in addition here you can find a lot of pictures from famous models and holliwod stars, i think that if they can do it, i'm too.

Besides this is part of the category of items on this site which makes no sense as part of GNOME. Anyone can take some random pic and slap on an Ubuntu/RedHat/Slackware/GNOME/...

The simple fact remains that these pictures are not yours to modify and redistribute. Plain and simple. As an artist and photographer, I'd be pissed off it someone ripped off my art and redistributed it even if they gave me credit. The point is that you have zero permission to do this.
