Y no hay tal liberación de eso que mencionas, ¡y no de dolares! abra que recordar y es oportuno en este abril, el golpe de estado, y el paro petrolero, la fuga de divisas, el petroleo a 7 dolares de otros años, la educación privatizada, igual la salud... curioso, muy curioso, eso si es un misterio de la ciencia.
