I think it would be neat if Gnome could do a radial gradient or arbitrarily angled linear gradients for the background, maybe multi-point custom gradients as well.
The file is a rather large download; sorry, can't do anything about that.
Good idea. I've been using the blue version of this on some of my desktops for a while now (I like abstract wallpapers and this is one of my favorites) and it's nice to get my choice of colors.
