release this as GPL, it's a background ripped from the stock backgrounds that come with Vista. Just thought I'd be the license police for today.

What?! I had found this background in google graphics. I hadn't known that is Vista's background! So what license is the best for this wallpaper?
So you found this is google images, you have no idea what the copyright is on it, you stick some text on it & call it GPLed?
