Description: *Rev_B: Took the "Passions" Definition out by request. =)
After the exciting response from the first post I was so excited I got in the right frame of mind to finish the second WP peice. The background of the image may have a loss in quality cuase the colors are so close in value so Lemme know if they look bad. I can try to fix it (it may just be my video card and old monitor however). enjoy!
About the Passions Project --- What I want to do is create a low profile, high workflow interface for the KDE system. If there are any groups out there working on one that fits the vibe similar to the work i've been posting under the "Passion" posts lemme know. I have this image in my head on how i want it to look (im a VERY picky interface person) and hopefully i'll be able to output it to show all of you and maybe use or help out with!? Anyone up for a group project lemme know!

...much, much better. I *LOVE* this backgorund. Can I take it out on a date? :o)
I'm using this wallpaper with the ModSystem window decoration (blue active button color, white active title, light blue inactive title) and kicker up top and tiny with a windows list button instead of a taskbar.
My desktop has never looked this good before....
When I get time, I'm gonna make some mouse cursors with the shadow drawn into the cursor image (the new NVIDIA driver can alpha blend the cursors, but I don't have an NVIDIA card).
Thanks! Keep a look out for more wallpaper aswell. Have lots of new ideas (just to tired to do them tonite). Im also working on other sections for the theme but if your a windows user im not sure how easy it'd be to port. Perhaps you can help us out with that? ;) Do whatever you like!!! Asking this peice of wallpaper on a date however will be a little tricky but best of luck to you! (:

...not a Windows user.Sorry if I gave that impression. Been Windows-free for about six months now. :o)
I'm wanting to make the curosrs for X11. Nothing fancy, no real alpha blending, just drawing a dark smudge in the cursor font file itself. I miss the mouse shadow from Windows 2000, and when I heard that NVIDIA folks got to have shadow, I became insanely jealous (I have toyed with the idea of buying a new graphics card just to get the shadow).
Tomorrow or so I'll upload the color scheme I'm using with this backgorund and ModSystem. Clean and professional-looking.
As for askin' your wallpaper out, lemme go practice in front of a mirror first and build up some nerve... :o)

mail me as soon as you upload that color scheme. I'll be setting aside "www.digitalsimplicity.com" for our passion content. You have some good ideas. Would you consider joining in on this project?
Sleep well! Im going to bed!
