I used the wallpaper on http://zeus.qballcow.nl/wallpapers.php as an example for hte GIMP and I drawn this one by myself as a practice in vector creation.

Look here for the original (and much nicer looking) wallpaper from the real artist: http://zeus.qballcow.nl/wallpapers.php His work is distributed under the GPL, which means that you should at least give him some credit, you shameless thief. Learn to be creative, learn to draw, learn to paint. It's much more rewarding once you've actually created some creative work all by yourself.
Sharp, however I meant this wallpaper to be a parody on MTV's 'Pimp my Ride', hence the background. In have drawn the gimp myself, with, to be honest, that wallpaper as an example...I did not literaly copy the GIMP of that image.
Yes, I can see that you've drawn the image 'yourself' (ie. the highlight on the nose isn't correct, according to its shape). The main reason for why I wrote my previous reply is because you took someone elses idea and you were basically implying that this work is the result of your own creative thinking, which is just dead wrong. Anyway, at least you're brave enough to add the url to the original wallpaper in your description of it, and I applaud for that.
this would also be a very cool gimp splash-screen! (http://www.gimp.org/about/splash/)
the colours are great it has some real hippie, 60s feel ;) keep up the work
