You know you can never suit everyone's wishes, so don't get affected by what anyone says. No matter what one does there will always be people who bitch and people who enjoy it. Some of the posters here probably don't have a clue about what they are talking about. If you like it put it on there - it's the site moderator's job to approve it. After all if they think something is outrageous, let them email the moderator and bitch to him about it, not you. So just don't pay attention, their critiques is a waste of your time.

Your using the same playbook that the other woman haters do. That is, play the copyright card and try to scare the administrators of this site into removing it. Others have mentioned the fact that there is many copyrighted materials posted from time to time but, it is only when it has the image of an attractive woman that someone plays that card. Either you are a very unattracted woman that feels threatened or women are simply not your thing. In either case, let the good users of this site be the judge of what should stay by their vote.

I hope not. I said that I have no problems with the posting of this guy, except he keeps "updating" without changing anything, just to keep it up on the list.
I have as well to say that I voted "bad". Which I find reasonable for postings of people that have done nothing but copy+paste.
I know otherwise it could be good as wallpaper (I wouldn't use it at work though), but come on, you can find better ones just doing a search in google.
My "100% good" score would be for the one that is able to draw this same thing with tuxie (f. tux) replacing Laetitia ;-)
this is the first and last update for this wallpaper, i just didn´t like how it was before ...i don't care if it's on the top or the bottom of the list, please don´t make a big deal of a detail...

One thing is uploading something that you haven't touched, modified.... I mean someone else's work (a photo in this case). I can accept that, since most of guys here seem so desperate for this kind of photos.

ALL of the girly background images I've seen are using photography copyrighted by the Photographer, model or actress. No one is likely to sue the contributor, but the publishers of this site might get into legal trouble in the future. Using someone else's copyrighted material without permission is not advisable, whatever your "political" position is regarding the copyright issue.
Given the vast quantity of regular contributions I'd suggest that the editors of kde-look.org start scrutinizing submissions. Otherwise, a nasty lawyer will come along someday and seek damages given that thousands of people are downloading illegally distributed copyrighted work. Then, kde-look.org will go down in flames and we won't have such a good place to get the latest visual improvements to KDE.
Maybe the webmaster can create a new category for PG-13 or R-rated wallpapers. How does that sound? That way, when you open up the category, you know exactly what you are getting into.
With this suggestion I'm not advocating any position for or against them, other than we should find a way to finally shut up about it.
