Yes you are right and I don't say that the original default mac wallpaper is licensed to me. I didn't said that. That belongs to Apple. It doesn't licensed to me, but in this condition this wallpaper isn't even belong to Apple or Gnome. I made it with my concept. It should licensed to me in this grayscale gnome logo condition. It isn't the default original wallpaper
Considering some of the blatant IP violations on this website, this barely registers as such.
However, modifying something you have not been given permission to modify and publishing it as your own work is illegal in Germany where this server is hosted.
There are more nuances to copyright law than this, such as fair use, which do not apply in this case. (This is not a review, the size/quality of the artwork is not considerably degraded, etc.)
So, despite their somewhat offensive tone, the above posters are in the right and you are in the wrong here.
Did you told you that this wallpaper is mine? I wrote that Mac style just i used the style of mac and put the gnome logo. for the people who like mac style. for gnome desktop. I just edited it, its not original mac wallpaper. its my edited wallpaper.
