Really, you can not even do that: it is still a copyrighted image that you are distributing. Fair Use dictates *your* non-commericial usage, not rights to redistribute any derivative artwork, unless a parody or satire, which this is neither.
Don't mean to sound bad, but that is generally how it is.
I'm not lawyer, but as far as I know, technically, you *can't* at all. ;-) There is no legal definition for 'fan fiction' or 'fan derived' work that I have ever heard of.
(Note: I'm a writer (though sadly not super successful yet!) so deal with copyright issues quite a bit for my own knowledge and safety.)

I know and understand. But, how would you consider "fan art"? How would u "license" that? :)
