Description:

This is my first theme, it is not based upon something specific. I inspired from themes like Siro, Paper and Plastik from osx. I use it with Unity-metacity(Tish 1.7 too) and Tango icons.The wallpaper is mine.
Try it and comment please.

Nice theme! I'm using it now.

I did notice one minor bug, which produces this when you run a gtk-2 app from the terminal:

WARNING **: Invalid borders specified for theme pixmap:
/home/koresko/.themes/Serenity/gtk-2.0/scrollbar_vertical.png,
borders don't fit within the image

I'd say the panel(s) definitely need a skin of some sort to go with the rest of the theme's "glassy" appearance. I also think the progress-bar and sliders might be a little bit too different from the rest of the theme, both color-wise and skin-wise (they look plastic-like, whereas the rest of the theme is glass).
But a great start.

thanks toby, you´re right about the panel. I´ll make 2 versions for the whole theme, plastic and glass.

I was just searching for something new for my new system and I stopped on your theme. I just downloaded, voted good and noticed that the navigation+search bar from Firefox shows with a white background[1].
I hope you will fix this :)

bvc is right about firefox and give me an idea to try a theme for it, even if I don´t use firefox.

ff is not gtk, it's gdk....an xul app, and nothing can be done to fix it w/o going back to a plain, square, traditional EntryBox.

Try Epiphany.

Wow, Epiphany just surprised me when I was customizing the toolbar, there is this amazing smooth effect :)
