Better version, now uses the Murrine engine. I like this one better
I've reworked my pretty pink theme for use with Ubuntulooks.
If you want to use the Ubuntulooks-Missy2 package, then you need Clearlooks with animated progressbars in CVS:
cvs -z3 -q -d:pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome co gtk-engines
cd gtk-engines
./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr --enable-animation
make
sudo make install
Without that last --enable-animation flag, you'll need to use the other package.
Alright, I believe the non-Clearlooks-Cairo version works now. I don't know how I always seem to fudge this up lol
I added purple, and blue because it was requested.
I also split the packages into two versions, one that works for anybody, and one that has animated progressbars that only works with Clearlooks from CVS.
I changed the name too :-P
After a couple of reports that it didn't work, I helped a user who was having troubles with this theme. Now it will work with or without CVS's clearlooks.

Violet looks like Everaldo's Linspire artwork.
It's nice to watch some artwork intended for girls, as a way of integration... I'm going to send the URL of this to my girlfriend... I'm sure she'll love it.
Hey, it's pretty cool. I've already noticed lack of pink themes. I think I'll use this one - and btw, I'm a boy! :) Btw, what about a pink mod of the Human (Dapper) icons? Somthing like blue HumanAzul2...
Hey! I've been waiting for this for a looooooong time. Thank you for this great artwork. Being a "Lady" a realy know to appreciate it. Keep on the good work :-)
For lovely girls :d
Actually, pink was originally a colour meant for boys.
So I've read^^ Even before pink, the feminine color was green. I really love pink, and there was a serious lack of pink themes for any theme engine on Linux, so I learned to make my own =P Not bad eh?
the shades are really beautiful ! what about making the same work for boys (in blue) ?
I don't see what's stopping you from using this theme the way it is. There were thousands of blue themes available, but when I wanted a pink theme, there were none, so I decided to make this. To tell you the truth, I really don't like the "blue == boy && pink == girl" idea people have. Blue is a color, and pink is a color, just as red, green, purple, teal, magenta, and all the other colors are. They shouldn't be specific to gender. Just because a boy likes pink, does that make him gay? By that same reasoning, you can call any girl who likes blue a lesbian. I'll think about your proposal though. I'll probably try it. It'll give me the time to remake my nice purple theme that didn't make this release. I'll probably even do a red, green, and a few others too if I get on a role ;)
Nice shades. Some of the ladys out there are going to love you for this one. :D
