This is a very nice, elegant theme. Much easier to get working than many others I tried (apparently the Murrine engine just hates me, Kudos for the Clearlook engine).
One question: any idea why--at least in Ubuntu 8.10--the "Downloading Package Information" dialog that comes up when I'm looking for updates is unskinned? In your theme I get the default system colors (the beigey grey and dark blue) and the flat, Win95-style beveled buttons and progress bar. My other Clearlooks themes skin the dialog, but I couldn't find anything in your settings that was different than theirs, so I'm a bit at a loss.
