This theme uses THE NEWEST Murrine Engine and Clearlooks Engine.
It is based on Murrine Clean Blue, some ideas from Shiki Colors, and some other ideas of my old themes.
If there is something you dont like, just tell me and i will do what i can to make this theme for everyone.

im wondering what specific setting is it that makes the clock/date appear on 2 separate lines is? and how would i add that to any other theme?

ythickness = 0
to the panel bit of each theme has this effect indeed. unfortunately it effects the rest of the panel too which i dont like :( there must be a way to apply it to the clock applet only

Declare a new style only for the clock applet, and then apply it to it by doing this:
style "panel-clock"
{
xthickness = 0
ythickness = 0
#You can change color also for example:
#fg[NORMAL] = "#666666"
}
#Apply to the clock only:
widget "*.clock-applet-button.*" style "panel-clock"
