What works for me is to simply change the green colour in the Appearance preferences.
Appearance Preferences -> Customise... > Colours > Selected items
The selected item colours for the normal Shiki theme are:
Brave #729FCF
Dust #B49372
Human #F7A145
Illustrious #F08290
Noble #AD7FA8
Wine #DE4E4E
Wise #97BF60
Note that in Shiki Dark the Wise selected item colour is #A7CC5C, not the same as in normal Shiki.
This is very good but there is a bug in with a widget that displays text on a button, such as the one found in GNOME Control Center, CompizConfig Settings Manager, and the bottom of the Last.fm pane of Banshee. It doesn't display any text unless you mouseover the button.
This is just my opinion, but I thought the earlier version was a lot better. The new glossy buttons are too light for a dark theme and seem a bit out of place.

Any chance you can make this theme for the other colors like brave, noble, etc? It would be greatly appreciated.

A personal favorite, must request that the menu colors be the same as Shiki Wise. The green selection on black would be most complete of the theme :)

Why do you change the engine? What's the advantage of this change? (Just curiosity... cos' I use the "normal" Shiki... a li'l modified by me.)
