You need the murrine-svn, and just for the panel the pixmap-engine.

I used modded versions of the emerald and the panel from http://lassekongo83.deviantart.com/art/Striped-GTK-and-Emerald-110989539
I made the emerald-theme a little bit transparent, changed the shadows and recolored the panel-buttons and emerald-buttons to blue.

Nice and shiny progress bars
thx a lot :) yeah i wanted to create a smooth theme, but i thought, it should have a shiny bling-bling highlight ;)
Now some real feedback. When I change my theme colors in gnome-appearance-properties, the scrollbar color does not change, as you can see in this screenshot: http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/2505/twfkn7.png
thx...it happened because i tried different colors, and forgot to delete a line :) ...now it should work
