Orange Theme
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
As I am not much into coding, I do confront difficulties. Therefore, anykind of help would be appreciated. Meanwhile, if you have any other favorite theme or window decoration in any OS, provided that I am given the url's, I will try keep those on mind on further developments.
V1.9
-----------------
ORANGE-METAL PACKAGE PROBLEM HAS RESOLVED (I THINK... IF ORANGE-METAL THEME STILL DOESN'T APPEAR IN PACKAGE, PLEASE REPORT!)
-- Orange-Rounded metacity added (rounded buttons of classic orange theme).
-- Orange-Rounded2 metacity added (wounded buttons and rounded corners of classic orange gtk styles).
V1.8
-- Orange Metal Gtk Style and Win Decoration included to archive. You can see it on Screenshot 2.
-- Notebook border graphics fixed.
-------------------------------------
V1.5:
-- Rhytmbox icons added. You can see it on screenshot 3.
-- Alternative window decoration 'Orange-Alt'''s graphics fixed (Screenshot 3).
While the alternative decoration had round corners, classic Orange made in boxed corners.
Neon style which can be noticed in V2.0, was left apart to be used later and uploaded in another theme.
The only difference between classic Orange theme and GTK style is the background of panel. The main difference is, as mentioned above, in the decoration of windows.
A new gui planned for Orange theme after I decided to release Neon as a complete new set. This set will be included in V2.0.The final release will not include any other alterations to the window decorations but the completing of gtk icons.

How do I change the skin for the menu? the Application menu and so on? I am using Ubuntu.
Congratulations, the best gtk theme i've ever seen. But why orange? Couldn't you make this variable? I'd like to have this in deep blue cause all of my other themes like xmms theme or for gkrellm are blue.
Thanx. Orange, because this theme inspiration of MacOS X Halo theme. Maybe you can use Cyber Tribe or Orange Velvet ? Orange Velvet improved style of Orange. I guess Orange theme will not develop from now. I will update to Orange Velvet and Cyber Tribe. I know very bad looking Cyber Tribe theme but this week i will update to very bad looking. And it will be two color style: Red and Blue.
Very nice theme, although the white inside some windows makes too much of a contrast sometimes. I am interested in the fonts you are using, can you give me the name or the link where can I get them? Thanks
Thanks. Fonts are on http://ceviz.net
Great theme. A blue version would be awesome.
index.theme would be nice. keep on doing a great job man!!!
Now it's working fine :D Great work!
Hi! Your work is simply great, but version 1.8 doesn't include the Metal style! Only Orange + Orange-Alt...
I am downloading to package and Orange-Metal directory seems in package. Does anybody has same problem ? Please do Repot !
Wow, cool. I have my own theme. :) Looks very nice, good work.
Thanks ;)
Icon set is 'High Contrast Inverse.' This is two color, old school style icon set ;). i will update this theme in about 2-3 hour with some new window decoration, panel background and most important is Nautilus toolbar and gtk icons. Just Patience...
Looks like he has the following for a font set up: - app - futura hv bt 9 - desktop copprplgoth bdcn bt 13 - window futura hv bt 9 I think the icon set shown is an earlier version of 'edge', but I'm not sure. My comments: Great theme, thanks! Any chance of a firefox set up as well, it's fonts don't get the orange color, so it's black on grey, sadly quite unusable. Also the gtk theme seems a bit slow... resizing large windows things lag a bit, not much, but a bit. Thanks for the nice desktop makeover!
no, Edge-Icons never looked anything like that.
Just as a note, this firefox theme: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/13453045/ Goes nicely with this theme.
hmm...it kinda ruins my firefox toolbars and stuff. I'm not really sure why...
I like both thank you!
looks really nice.. and the font looks good too. Would you mind telling me what fonts you are using?
