sory, u can use the picture to comercial proposes, but u can use the wallpaper to any free proposes

No, I'm not asking for my usage.

You have it licensed under the GPL, but unless you own the original image, you can't do that. I see *way* too many copyrighted images put into wallpapers and then "GPL'd" (or other "free" license) which can't be done, since the wallpaper author has no rights to the original image.
