This is a fully transparent theme for fans of extreme transparency for usage with dark, homogeneous wallpapers. In other cases, it won't work too well. It is basically slightly modified Manjaro's Maia Desktop Theme under GPL 3 license (https://gitlab.manjaro.org/artwork/themes/maia/blob/b61312cc80cb9d12b0d8a55b3e61668eb6b77d2d/LICENSE), but with the completely transparent panel and menus (except dashboard menu, which doesn't follow theme background settings). Version 4 contains media icon fix for Plasma 5.13 and higher.
To install:
- unpack
- move/copy folder to: ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme or /usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/
Note: When first applying this theme it's quite common that the panel border will be displayed as a temporary remnant. It will go away after rebooting plasmashell process or plasma session. Also, don't forget to turn off the blur effect in desktop effects!
Release Notes:
Version: 4.0
- fixed media icon for Plasma 5.13+
Version: 3.1

- small name change in metadata file for better name presentation

By the way, it would be great if there was a GitHub/GitLab repository. I couldn't find one.

It’s a good idea with github. I do have an account but thought that the theme is "unworthy" to have a project there, but now I think that it won't hurt to have one :). I'll create it when I find some time.

Please, note that I'm not a coder, so my git know-how are limited, I know basics but hopefully this will do. I created it a many years ago, and I don't deal with it on a daily basis, so I will have to re-learn things. Also know, I work and have over-times, so I don't have much time to focus on such projects anymore, but we'll see how it goes.

plasma/desktoptheme/. Your path is different and org.manjaro.desktop.maiaPanel doesn't belong to my theme. It is probably a package installed theme (on Manjaro/Arch) so it wouldn't be wise to remove it manually. Rather look for maia named packages in your package manager.

If there is any image you want to find the source of it, there is reverse image search. you can use Google's image search or Microsoft Bing image search. I personally prefer Yandex as I found that It gives more accurate results

Thank you for your detailed help!
If I want blur and transparency, I will try your adivce. :)
And, I had some weird experience. After login from screen lock(on laptop lid close), the panel was blured again. So, I turned the blur effect on and off several times, and the panel became transparent. But, this is jsut one time experience. I'm just curious you have any idea about this.

Unfortunately, there is no way to have selective full transparency, so with blur in one place but transparency in other, at least not on a system panel.
If you want to have a fully transparent panel and blur effect on (menus, qt-apps) you need to switch to latte-dock for more advanced setup. Despite the name latte-dock in not just a dock but also a panel and basically the whole re-design of a Plasma desktop space. It gives you an incredible amount of options but it's for advanced users and it's hard to discover everything on its own.
There is also a downside, latte uses a lot of RAM, but that is unavoidable with all the option it has. So if you wan to have light Plasma setup, using a system panel is a way to go and then if you want transparency, use my theme.
