This is the same as the Suse2 window decoration by geflei found at:

The difference is that this has some minor modifications for Pardus.

A pardus 2007 package is now available.
Suse2 is now also avaiable in the contrib repository. To build the package from contrin as root run;
pisi build http://wvn.pardus.org.tr/contrib/desktop/kde/suse2/pspec.xml
