No problem. To install:
- Change directory to the file location
- Extract the downloaded file: tar xfvj Prototype-v1.tar.bz2
- From the extracted files, double click: Prototype.kbfxtheme (the icon should be round and black with an orange paw print)
- Doing the above should copy the themes to /opt/kde/share/apps/kbfx/skins and open up the kbfx config

I suggest to inform your potential users of your KBFX menu it's not valid for KBFX 0.7.9.3.1
