Description:

Superkaramba Theme
miniKmon shows CPU load, RAM and SWAP, network traffic, e-mails,
and hard disks' temperature in a little monitor like gkrellm.
For HD temperature you need "hddtemp" and it must be executable by users
Before load this theme with superkaramba you need to run install.sh that creates
a perl script that can connect to a pop3 server.

This is great, been looking for a tidy little monitor bar like this, doesn't take much resources to run, but, not knowing much about scripts etc, how do I change the time interval for checking the POP3 mail ?
