Description:
I needed this and figured I would share it in case anyone else wanted it too.

All it does is put a "VPN" text on your desktop: in green if the VPN is up, red if it isn't. Then, clicking the text will start/stop the VPN and change the colour accordingly.

You can change the commands to start/stop the VPN by editing a couple of variables in the python code.
