it really looks good for the instant that it's displayed the way it's supposed to.
as i try to fix it, it seems to pick up images that are displayed(eg. menu drop downs, windows, etc). it flashes these images in sequence and in unison. i tried to make the file path more specific, but that only helped for a minute. i am a linux ultra-noob and have zero experience in C++. i would apreciate all the help i can get.
I like this a lot. I wonder if you could point me towards some of the sources you got this from (fonts, colors, good pictures of the terminals, etc). I've been considering a total KDE mod for Star Trek in order to turn your desktop into LCARS and would appriciate any stuff you could assist with.
I would be willing to help - i want a complete lcars theme so much!!
I allready made some changes - systemsounds etc - but not as close as I want to.
Maybe we could try to gather a few ppl to accomplish this together (win deco guys - programmers and grafix etc.
