1 - To edit a theme, right-click on the .theme file and 'open with' kwrite, or kedit.
2 - I contacted the author of this theme with some modifications I had made. He stated he was very busy and didn't have the time to go over these modifications. You can see what I've done here: http://www.tweakhound.com/linux/pclos_revised.htm

I'm hoping you're joking, because if you're expecting every person who posts a karamba theme here to include graphics from several or a majority of distros then you'll need to be asking this of everyone else.
I'm sure that if you've been able to install the favorite distro of your choice, then you ought to be able to accomplish changing the graphic to match your desktop.

is there a way to edit your theme. i like it but would like to slim it down . it gives me too much info

it looks very nice ... but what about logos of other distros or more universal logo?
