Phantasmagoric KDM Theme

A fantastical KDM3 theme that features a fractal and two icons from the Breathless icon set. Resolution 1024x768 only.

I also included a KdmGreeterTheme.desktop in case anyone likes it for KDE4. If anyone also feels like converting this to KDE4, that would be a great help.

@Changed "x=250" to "x=50%" and "y=300" to "y=50%" for the rect item that holds the login cartouche. Also made anchor c.
