The front and back should be 2 2/3" by 4".

0.21: I was told that Fluff was good, so I decided on a compromise =) Fluffy Eye Candy!! =P
0.2: I guess fluff isn't really the right word I was looking for -- Replaced the word with eye-candy =)

Great idea but you would have to increase width of the front graphic! Great job man this should be on a shirt NO MATTER WHAT! GIVE IT UP FOR FLUFFY EYE CANDY WHOOO HOOOTERS.

I thought it was another word for eye-candy?..? Guess I was wrong =P
I wouldn't say you were wrong - I just didn't know that meaning of "fluff"...
However, you do have a good point. I'm going to change it a bit.. =)
The graphical design is very good but maybe it would be better to make it clear/understandable for everyone?
