this is the smallest icon size.
do you recognize this problem with other icons as well?

well it seems quite simple and cool..but im looking the tray and i can see like...a white square..could u make it more like black and white? its because it doesnt look like a mail icon..more like a square...

I tried to fix this problem, but it is pretty hard, to have an 16x16 icon with gradients.
That may be the reason why everyone uses monochrome icons for this purpose, as they have the needed contrast.
Anyway, i tried to put some more contrast into it and i think it look better now.

i have the same 16x16 the previous icon of u didnt had this problm..strange
well i just noticed that using this icon on stalonetray the icon gets cut off on the horizontal..looks like it doesnt fit??
