Install i7z turbo-boost package for x64 Intel® Sandybridge Mobile Processors

Based on https://code.google.com/p/i7z/

The package adds init scripts enableing automatic start on next reboot.


For disableing the process type in a terminal :
sudo invoke-rc.d turbo-boost stop

For disabeling during boot process type :
sudo update-rc.d turbo-boost disable
