Description:
My first bootsplash-theme called "MacAqua". For creating this I used a Mac OS X Panther background-image and the dialog-image from the GDM-Theme MacOSX Session by Senki. The bootsplash-theme has two modes, a silent mode where you can see only a progressbar and a verbose mode where you can see all the booting-text scroll down. The theme has a fix resolution of 1024x768. Maybe I'll also create configurations for higher and smaller resolutions, when I have some time left and feel bored.
I have set the image of the theme in it's configuration to /etc/bootsplash/themes/MacAqua/..., if you want to use this theme from another location please do not forget to edit the image paths in the theme's config. Else you won't see any images, what would be kind of ugly.
I hope you like my very first bootsplash-theme...
