Description:

This is the Splash Screen i have "created" for my Laptop. Since the Laptop uses 1280x800 this is the resolution the Ksplash is made for.

It is in "Redmond"-Style which means fullscreen.
I just used the great KDE Artwork for my Splash Screen.
Thanks to the great KDE Artists,you do a fantastic job.

To install, just do the following (under Kde3.4)
- go to the Control Center
- Appearance & Themes
- Splash Screens
- Add...
Navigate to the downloaded file and confirm...

I like this splash. It it possible to create the same thing in the resolution 1024x768? It would be great.

I am glad you like it..I did a 1024x768 version but I don't have the possibility to check if it is OK. So pls download it and let me know if it is working...

can't you attach these sizes here?

and btw, the icon blinking, until the last 2, is very hard to see... maybe you can fix that?

and maybe make a nuvola version?

its cool this way, absolutely, but I'd just love to see nuvola :D

It does work - changed my res to test it. Any possibility making it 1152*864 (that's my preferred size)?
