To make this a dockbarx 0.21.10 theme, just open the default.tar.gz file, change the name argument in <theme name = "Default"> in the config file to what you want and replace the launcher_icon.png file in pixmaps folder to your icon. And then go tell the world that you've made the first 3d party theme for dockbarx. ;)
