Turtlever Forever - a pro-family educational splash screen ;-)

Installation:
The archive is for any KDE version, but KDE 3.2 (and above) users shall rather use standard "Splash screen" control panel as I support that mechanism fully. Others may find "[how to install]" more relevant.
