v.1.1: Uploaded a version that glows on 'Restoring Session' rather than 'KDE is up and running' because in my experience, during an actual boot rather than a splash screen test, 'up and running' is visible for less than a second so you don't see the eyes.
v.1.2: Changed naming scheme to avoid conflcits between the two packages.

The second time, when I removed it and put the other version, things went broken.
Also,the other glow kitty eyes (yellow eyes) works fine on my computer. =/

$ rm -r ~/.kde/share/apps/ksplash/cache
(Will clear the cached versions of your splashes)
$ rm -r ~/.kde/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/kitty*
(Will delete this splash if it is installed only for you)
# rm -r /usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/kitty*
(Will delete this splash if it is installed system-wide)
Then download the one you want again to /tmp, open kcontrol and go Appearance and Themes -> Splash Screen, click Add and point it to the .tar.gz archive you just downloaded into /tmp (you don't have to extract it). These aren't magic instructions, just a thorough clean and reinstall, based on the fact that the files here work for me. You will probably get "No such file or directory" errors for some of them; that's fine. Let me know how it goes. Make sure you download the files again, because I was messing with the packages a few days ago and you might have downloaded them in the few minutes that a broken version was up.
