I don't really know anything about this, but would it be possible to have the rust be generated for each new window? like so all the windows would look a little diff, maybe it could ge more complex and "rust" more around the buttons and window title,

Despite the .tar.bz2 extension, the archive is only a .tar archive. This threw off Xarchiver, I don't know if it would for other programs.
sorry for that... it`s now fixed, i hope i`ll have time to finish this theme i really want to port it to KDE 4

no sorry, icewm doesn't support it but maybe kde4 wm does i`ll check it out.
