At least this is one of the most original windecs on this site... many that are already out there look way to similar, or are obvious rip-offs of existing ones. Still needs some refining, but a good start.

I was actually thinking about making it all grey, but I decided it'd be a little more intuitive if there were distinct colors for the buttons. Maybe I'll put up a monochrome version in the future.
Anyway, I made it specifically for my crappyass laptop screen, where gratuitous gradients don't look too good. There's no accounting for taste.

this is great for 16 colour screens, eg my old old old laptop (a toshiba T1910CS) looks nice.
