Sunshine
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
Credits
-------
Loads of credits go to the creators of iKons (formerly Kicon) and the original KDE icon themes.
Initially Sunshine was made by creating a new folder background and then applying various graphics from these icon themes on top. From version 0.2 and on I've put more of my own work in the icons.
Style
-----
Sunshine tries to bring a warm but still clear look to the KDE environment. The yellowish color of the folders mixed with the now standard KDE and iKons graphics should make former Windows users comfortable, and still not annoy *NIX users.
Among the things I like with the KDE general look is the simple, clear and toyish look of the icons. However I find the folder icons being a little too complex. That's why I've combined the _excellent_ KDE and iKons graphics with a more simple folder icon.
Updates
-------
Work started when I couldn't find a theme that really matched my preferences. I develop the theme on a as-needed basis. I don't add an icon unless I stumble over one that I think needs modification. Last changelog:

I love it clear and easy to see for my aging eyes. :-)
Very nice. Thank you!
I really like those icons. I like the "flat" look end the colors. I hope those other completely and utter stupid remarks earlier. I'd like to see them do it better. We are many people that use KDE and most of us has different taste. Espesially people that use Linux and other open source should know and respect this. I'm so sick and tired of people just complaining over the work that you people do.
nice colors
Very nice (mycket bra!)! Could you fix the ugly "Home" icon in Konqi also?!
That's actually a nice usable theme. Thanks!
dear nordish sunshine! i like the yellow color - and many others do as well! i hope you continue improving your icon-theme... i think, it's an interesting way - go for it! thanx 4 your work Thomas
man these are really flat and aboslutley butt ugly.
yeah, i dont like the folders especially - and this is essentially the core of this theme... *sigh*
... one might get used to it after a while though ...
dont disrespect the mans hard work if you got ideas for improvements by all means post but dont just post a diss how would u like someone dissing your work. feedback is good bullshit comments aint
I'd buy you a beer for that one. Some of these fools have no respect for anyone, inlcuding themselves. Nice effort on the icons. Keep up the work, and don't let these dudes get you down! Regards, rsklnkv http://houseofthedead.org
I like, I like. For a first release this is cool! I would taint the folders a tad more orangy (to go with my dragon pack), but that is my opinion. Keep up the good work!
wonder why it says "add _comment_" below, instead of your so called 'feedback'..... to me they are both the same thing
well then you are just kind of an idiot, huh?
no, the idiot's you. if you cannot even read the word 'comment' at the bottom, the least you could is copy and paste it. ;-)
He was not attempting to clarify the definition of what you may or may not do, he was simply trying to keep you from looking like a total ass.
Yeah, but what do you REALLY think?
no matter what you're trying to do - clarify how ugly your ass looks or whatever comments we cannot make, it's still pretty an unpretty theme
