to install:edit the file with gimp...resize the image for sizes: 48x48, 32x32, 24x24, 16x16, and then replace the"kmenu.png" files from:~/.kde/share/icons/YOUR ICON THEME/64x64, 48x48, 32x32, 24x24, 16x16/apps/
