8 IDK about the claims below, but MC still doesn't have an icon in the Archlinux install and looking at upstream there isn't one either. I'm happy with this and will rate it 8. It's not to my likely 100%, but it's different enough to stand out in the menu when you need it to. @FOOOD I know it's been 22 years, but did he steal or alter? There's a big difference. If there's a not a copyright on the material or it's release with a public license, then it's fair game to make some changes. There should be accreditation, agreed, but that's it. I can't find in any of the icon sets where you're accredited, and your personal information doesn't show any history of activity anywhere I could find you (easily). *shrug*
You haven't made these from scratch. You've used mine & evelado icons from the crystal set & edited them. You've edited mine without my permission. I don't know about you having everaldo's permission?
I thank all for a high estimation of my modest work
Really want to try them, however the icons will not install with Mandrake 9.0 - Sucessfully installed Noia, Crystal, etc - When installing MCIcons, clicking on "Install New Theme" clears the display area with no further actions.
Sorry... Only handing install this icons... 1. Unpac this arc 4379-mc-icons.tar.gz into temp directory 2. copy icons from temp dir into your like theme place - example: cp /tmp/mc-icons/48/* /usr/share/icons/Crystal/48x48/apps/ 3. Enjoy... ;)
i think those would make a much appreciated addition to the crystal set... ask everaldo if he could include them to the crystal set of icons ! thanks for you work
