Bluecurve Peanut
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
Just a shot showing my compile/port of Bluecurve to Peanut Linux. Install consists of seperate packages for QT3, KDE3 color/style/window decorations, KDE3 icons, GTK1 theme, and XMMS theme. Makefiles were modified slightly to match my Peanut system.
The red hat on the start menu was replaced with the kmenu.png icon from the Sky icon set located on kde-look.org.
GKrellM is shown using the Glass-3 theme.
All RedHat stuff was compiled from the redhat-artwork-0.47.SRPM freely available on all redhat mirrors.

Yes, I know it's for Peanut, but I was just pointing out that
Mandrake users can get the same look.
Have fun
