I use mosfet_liquid 0.7 , soft_aqua IceWM Window Decoration and this color scheme to build a Mac OS like KDE theme.

Have you tried the very excellent kwinAqua and kwinAqua_ace window decorations? Not only are they excellent repros of the actual Aqua decoration, they're good deorations in their own right.
