To Install:
cp Rustic.kcsrc $HOME/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay/color-schemes/
cp activeheart_rustic.kcmrc $HOME/.qt/

KDE 3.5 renders the window title bars much darker. If you want to retain the Rustic look of KDE 3.4, change the RGB colour values of "Active Title Bar" to 97/97/97. May I suggest to the author that he updates the file for KDE 3.5?
