2.0 : Ok, so I was really tired but I wanted to put something new on kde-look even tough I consider this thing unpolished.
Anyway, this is Sophistik 2.0, but it could have been Oink 2.0 because Im using the keramik style buttons again. By the way, Im currently playing with a new Oink, completely crazy and so cute it hurts.
Things I dont like : - The buttons look boring. - The fonts are horrible, terrible hack from the old ugly oink 1.0. - Its too small I think... - There is no about button.
For the next version Im currently trying to fit the pitch slider and a full blown equalizer in a slightly bigger version. (Not as big as Sophistik classic though.)
Finally, what I like (there must be something) is the "rotating noatun-logo" volume button... I think it looks damn good, so good that the rest of the interface look boring... Try it!
And it works best with a recent KDE as there are new functions in the kjofol skin loader (loop button menu, equalizer button not working in KDE 3.1, etc.).
NOTE ... There are 3 versions included : - Sophistik 2.0 - Sophistik 1.2.1 - Sophistik Classic 1.1

1.2.1 : Minor cosmetic fixes. 1.2 : The new version is smaller and there are a lot of layout changes. - Fix : The sound slider will go all the way to the max when dragged with the mouse. - Some new icons. - Better fonts. - Reduced the transparent areas to speed up window dragging. (Was slow over konqy for me, I have a poor Celeron 433)... - Removed the pitch slider for now... There are 2 versions in the zip file. There is the new smaller version and there is also the bigger 1.1 version (called sophistik-classic). I wont update anymore for a while since im working now on a kde style with the look of sophistik... ----- 1.1 : Redid some buttons, fixed some layout bugs... Smaller gaps in the time display font Bigger seek bar with a different gradient Ive hidden the skin name somewhere... ----- 1.0 : This is based on my previous skin, Oink, but its a complete re-design. I think it looks a lot better! Things that still need work : The close, minimize, about buttons.. The pitch slider could use more steps...

Is it possible to have the playlist skinned and more intergral to noatun ala xmms/winamp?
could you change the skin to use more ... keramik colors ?! dont know why development for noatun is so rare !
